Bobby joined Prime Rock Resources in April 2017 and serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Prime Rock, he served as Director of Corporate Finance and Business Development for Hunt Oil Company where he was responsible for managing the company’s business development, acquisition and divestiture efforts both internationally and domestically. Prior to joining Hunt, Bobby spent seven years in the energy investment banking group at BMO Capital Markets in Houston where he helped advise E&P clients on numerous corporate advisory and financing transactions.
