Marisa serves as the Controller for Prime Rock Resources and has over a decade of experience in private equity backed exploration and production accounting and finance.  Marisa previously served as the Controller for Crump Energy Partners, a Quantum portfolio company, until it was sold to Marathon in 2017.  In addition to her role at Crump Energy Partners, she also served as Interim Controller for Oryx Midstream and Foundation Minerals, both Quantum portfolio companies.  Marisa's previous experience also includes working with family owned royalty companies as well as divisional roles within large corporate structures in the oilfield services industry.

Marisa graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy and from the University of Oklahoma with an Executive MBA in Energy.  Marisa is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
