Manny formed Prime Rock Resources in April of 2017 with a $125 million commitment from Lime Rock Partners. Prior to founding Prime Rock, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Endurance Resources, a Lime Rock backed portfolio company with over 28,000 net acres in New Mexico and Texas. Prior to exiting in early 2017, Endurance drilled and participated in over 55 horizontal wells in the Delaware Basin. Manny has over 37 years of continuous operating experience in the Delaware Basin and has served in various management and principal roles in numerous private independent E&P companies. Manny began his career with Exxon as a reservoir engineer on the King Ranch in South Texas.

Manny is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
