Ryan serves as Vice President of Operations.  Prior to joining Prime Rock, Ryan was a Drilling and Completion Engineer for Cimarex Energy for over 5 years.  In this role, Ryan was responsible for properly utilizing up to 350 million in D&C capital a year.  He and his team reduced average drilling days by over 60% in the Wolfcamp Formation and brought Cimarex to the forefront as a premier operator in the Permian Basin.  Prior to joining Cimarex, Ryan spent 5 years at Schlumberger in the Drilling and Measurements Department.

Ryan is a graduate of Kettering University in Flint, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Management.
